How telehealth works

A private, secure way to connect.

Telehealth uses secure video so you and Jean-Ann can meet when that format is clinically appropriate. You will need a private location, a stable connection, and enough uninterrupted time for the session.

The concern still determines the page and the person still determines the approach. Telehealth is a service format, not a separate type of therapy. Jean-Ann discusses whether it fits your needs and what other options may be available before scheduling.

What Jean-Ann considers

Fit comes before format.

Privacy

Whether you have a private place where you can speak freely and remain present during the session.

Clinical Fit

Whether telehealth supports the concern, goals, readiness, safety, and type of work being considered.

Available Support

Whether the technology, environment, and support around you are appropriate for the planned work.
