Legal, privacy, and crisis information
How this practice handles privacy, crisis situations, and your rights around costs and care.
Important notice
This website is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not create a therapeutic relationship and is not a substitute for professional mental health care.
If you are in immediate danger or crisis, call 911, go to the nearest emergency room, or call or text 988. This website, email, and text messaging are not monitored 24/7.
Privacy
Do not send sensitive clinical details through regular email, text, or this public website. The website consultation form is for basic scheduling contact only. It collects your name, contact information, contact preference, and optional availability through Web3Forms and uses hCaptcha for spam protection. Web3Forms dashboard submissions are set to a seven-day retention period; delivered email copies may remain with the recipient's email provider.
Clinical intake, payment, and private health information should be handled through Jean-Ann's secure clinical systems once connected.
Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, you may have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected costs of non-emergency health care services. If you are uninsured or choose not to use insurance, you can ask Jean-Ann for a written estimate before you schedule care.
